Kebab Turki Baba Rafi at de la Rosa Carpark 1

If a voucher was being offered online and the address was walking distance from where I lived, I would instantly click away and purchase. This particular one I visited a few days ago recently opened so I figured it was worth checking out.

Kebab Turki Baba Rafi is located on the ground level of de la Rosa Carpark 1 in Makati. Their location is quite hidden at the back part of the structure so they miss out on free advertising from the ongoing road and foot traffic of de la Rosa.

I like the brightness of the interior's colors and the neatness of the counters. So organized.

Kebab Turki Baba Rafi is an Indonesian franchise with more than 1000 outlets in Indonesia, Malaysia and the Philippines. There's only six in the country so far.

Nice table with a shawarma design. Or kebab, as the restaurant calls it.

My orders being prepared.

I tried the Sweet Tamarind drink and it was alright. Powdered form, for sure.

I love the handy packaging.

The wrapped sandwich wasn't messy to eat at all.

The wax paper lining the sandwich also served as a pulley. Since the value of my voucher was quite large in comparison to the menu prices, I ended up ordering five items all to myself.

I tried the Double Cheese Beef Kebab, Double Cheese Chicken Kebab and Chicken Cheese-dog Kebab. The beef kebab was quite good and best served eaten warm. I bagged most of my orders and were kinda soggy when I had them for dinner.

I also had a taste of their burger.

I had the Double Cheese Burger Kebab. The patty looked dubious. Skip this one.

They offer a sweet kebab called Chocoban Kebab.

It was served warm but I had it refrigerated for a while back home. I like my dessert cold. There were bits of mango on top and

caramelized banana followed after. Interesting. Kebab Turki Baba Rafi was a nice try on an otherwise mundane afternoon. I'm not sure if I'll go back or rave about their menu. I wish them all the luck, though. They need it.

Cost Of Meal : I purchased two vouchers from www.metrodeal.com for 300.00 and were good for 500.00 worth of dishes; I added 60.00 to the final bill of 560.00
