- ½ kg mince meat
- 1 onion
- 1 medium piece of ginger
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- ¼ bunch fresh coriander
- 6 green chilies
- 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 3 to 4 tbsp oil
Directions
- In the chopper machine, chop mince, all vegetables and all spices.
- Grease your hands and make the grinded mixture in a shape of a kebab.
- Fry it in hot oil. Place it in a steamer for 10 to 12 mins.
- Garnish it with coriander and ginger. Serve with raita and chatni.
