Steam Kebab


Ingredients
  • ½ kg mince meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 medium piece of ginger
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • ¼ bunch fresh coriander
  • 6 green chilies
  • 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 to 4 tbsp oil
Directions
  1. In the chopper machine, chop mince, all vegetables and all spices.
  2. Grease your hands and make the grinded mixture in a shape of a kebab.
  3. Fry it in hot oil. Place it in a steamer for 10 to 12 mins.
  4. Garnish it with coriander and ginger. Serve with raita and chatni.
