To continue the updates to the numerous products we have posted on our facebook page, I started this series that will briefly give you the scoop on if a product is worth it.
Let's start with mascara. As you know, I went from this amount:

to this amount of mascara to review in a ridiculously short amount of time.

And I've bought more since, so we're in for the long haul.
Please note: mascara is a very subjective product since it depends on what lashes you have and what you want from a mascara. Things I love you may hate and vice versa. No kill cow. These are merely my experiences and opinions; take it as you will. My lashes are not short, not ridiculously thick and not overly curled either. The things that wow me in a mascara are: pigment, definition, and making my lashes look like I got nuff nuff nuff. Put simply, I want drama.
Another thing to note is that I haven't ever curled my lashes or worn mascara primer. If that changes in the future I'll be sure to let you know.
Now, let's talk about the CoverGirl Lash Blast Volume.
My initial review posted August 27, 2012 was: "the good: a dryer formula, a sizeable wand with tapered 'spikes'. It does provide volume and separation without clumping. The bad: the price ($39.95 in iMart Sheraton) and I can not tell you how many times I poked myself in the eye!"
Every there still holds true. What I also noticed with continued use is that the mascara didn't last as long as Maybelline or L'Oreal ones I've tried due to it being a dryer formula.
So, would I repurchase? No. Why not? The price. That's about the same price for a Revlon ColorStay Whipped foundation. C'mon son!!!
