It's the Khmer Way

As mentioned before, we have a river close by and on either side we have one way traffic- or should I say, supposedly, for most bikes, scooters and tuk tuks just do as they please.  I passed a Copper who was taking it easy and sitting on the fence and smoking a cigarette, and we both saw a scooter come to a screeching halt with locked wheels and a line of rubber that wouldn't look out of place on a race rack.  He then did a "U" turn in front of us and merrily rode back up the road onto on comingtraffic without a care in the world,

Plod just carried on smoking.  :o)
