Banana-Walnut Dessert


  • This dessert is simple, delicious, and shareable (maybe). Very important 100% plant-based and gluten-free.

Taste: sweet 

Recommendation:  you can make 1/2 just for one or duplicate if you have more people at home.  


Ingredients: 

2 bananas, peeled

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted

1/2 cup walnuts, chopped


Steps:

1- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2- In a food processor sugar, oil, and walnuts and form a paste.

3- Cover the bananas with the mixture. 

4- Bake the bananas for 15 to 20 minutes. 

5- Serve hot or a room temperature, with your favorite plant-based vanilla ice cream.
